Faijes Tech provides intangible digital services, including:

- Digital marketing strategy
- Branding and advertising campaigns
Due to the nature of these services, returns do not apply once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Payment was made but no work has started
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Faijes Tech is unable to deliver the agreed service
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Work has already begun or been completed
- Client delays or failure to provide required materials/information
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after agreed revisions
- Poor campaign performance due to factors beyond our control (e.g., platform algorithms, market conditions)
4. Revisions Policy (Instead of Refunds)
To ensure client satisfaction:
- We offer agreed revisions based on the project scope
- Feedback must be provided within a reasonable timeframe
- Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may attract extra charges
5. Service Cancellation
- Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, only the unused portion (if any) may be refunded at our discretion
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and possible legal action
7. Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
- Any transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount
8. Changes to This Policy
Faijes Tech reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
